As an added bonus, some of our websites have received recognition in the design and marketing communications industry. Most recently, three of our websites were given awards at the 2018 MarCom Awards, an international competition that receives more than 6,000 entries. Two of our entries received Gold Awards, and one received an Honorable Mention.
The first site that was awarded Gold was the website we designed for Chef Dee Johnston, a private chef who offers cooking classes and cooking parties in Ventura, California. Her website features gorgeous imagery of some of her most popular recipes, as well as information about how local individuals and groups can be a part of Chef Dee’s fun and educational cooking experiences.
The second of our websites that received a Gold MarCom award was designed for Ms. Sparky Electric, an electrician in Encinitas, California. Ms. Sparky’s website was designed to highlight her experience and reputation as a San Diego electrician, and to provide visitors with information about the services she provides.
Both Chef Dee’s and Ms. Sparky’s websites were one of only two Gold winners in their respective categories.
The final award we received from the 2018 MarCom Awards competition was an Honorable Mention for the VeniExpress website. VeniExpress is a mobile phlebotomy company serving all of Southern California and parts of Arizona. Their website offers potential clients a way to learn more about their mobile laboratory services and also serves as a portal for doctors and patients to request service.
