I’m excited to share that I’ve been invited to speak at the National Association for Small Business Digital Marketing’s upcoming City Summit in San Diego! The summit will take place on Friday, April 15th, 2016 and will be attended by small business owners and marketing professionals in the San Diego area.
I will be delivering the keynote address to kick off the summit with a speech titled “Challenging Established Social Media Thinking: Avoiding Social Media Pitfalls that Snare Most Small Businesses and Re-focusing with a Practical Approach.”
Social media is a popular marketing choice for small businesses, but many don’t use it as effectively as they could, and some even use it to their detriment. In addition to sharing how small businesses can avoid common social media pitfalls, I will also be talking about the importance of measuring social media effectiveness and how we at Modmacro approach the balance of creating and sharing original content versus distributing third party content.
If you are in the San Diego area, it would be great to see you there! It promises to be a great event for small business owners who want to get more out of their digital marketing efforts. It will also offer some great networking opportunities. Best of all: the event comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! The Association says if you don’t absolutely love your experience at the summit, they’ll refund your registration fee!
