Depending on the study you read, somewhere between 50 and 80% of new businesses fail within the first five years. Knowing this makes us especially grateful to have a thriving business at the five-year mark, a milestone we hit earlier this month.
One way we decided to celebrate was through client appreciation gifts. We recognize that the reason we have been successful is because of our great clients that place their trust in us to market their companies and to help them reach the right customers with their unique stories.
While deciding what the client gifts should be, we wanted to have each gift say something about the stellar team that makes up Modmacro. Not all of our clients know that we have team members around the country, so we decided to put together a gift basket with delicacies from a few of the places where our team members live and work. Each item was accompanied by a card that tells a little about the item and the place it’s from.
For example, one of our copywriters, Liz, lives in Brooklyn, New York, which is also home to Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs. So, we included some of Nathan’s Famous Deli Style Mustard for our clients to enjoy.
One of our editors, Jessica, lives in San Francisco, which is well-known for Ghirardelli Chocolate. So of course, we had to include a chocolate bar in the basket.
