Once again, Modmacro partnered with TEDxTemecula as an event sponsor. And just like last year, the Modmacro team attended the Saturday event, which featured local speakers, entertainers, and food and drinks from local establishments E.A.T. Marketplace and Palumbo Family Vineyards.
This year, the Modmacro team was joined at the event by Jessica Dawson from the non-fiction publishing company with which we have partnered for several years. Jessica’s company has published multiple books and e-books written by our clients, and it was great to spend the day with her!
The theme for the 2017 TEDxTemecula event was “On the Brink.” Speakers included local experts in various fields and industries who spoke on topics of homelessness, artificial intelligence, ethical journalism, volunteerism, and more. The stand-out entertainer at the event was a 12-year-old opera singer, who amazed everyone with her beyond-her-years talent.
At the end of the day, our team attended the speakers’ reception, where we got the opportunity to interact with all of the event’s presenters. We were able to ask questions and get more insight into their areas of expertise, and also do a little networking.
